My Wishlist

My Desires

भीगते रहे बारिशों में अक्सर, कभी मांगी किसी से पनाह नहीं.
हसरतें पूरी न हों न सही, ख्वाब देखना कोई गुनाह नहीं.

Everybody has some wishes that he wants to fulfill ... few dreams that he wants to live ... desires to complete ... goals to achieve ...

I am a day dreamer ... I always have many dreams ... a lots of wishes ... hundreds of desires ... bigger goals ... many things that I have lived ... and many more that I always wish ...

Swimming: I always wanted to be a great swimmer ... many times I went to the canal that flows through our town ... and I could never learn to swim ... mostly because of fear from water ... and later on lack of time and consistent practice ...

IPod Nano: At some time I had a craze for IPod Nano in which I could play videos, picture slide-show and listen to songs while on the way from my college to home or office to home ... at that time I did not have enough money to buy one ... now the desire has faded ...

Dance in discotheque: When I was in college and then until I moved out of my home town, I was crazy about discotheques ... In Daffodil we used to have parties full of dance and masti ... in later companies the trend was rare ... but I could never go to a proper discotheque ... mostly because of lack of time (the hectics of work life) and when I got leisure, I usually did not have a good partner to accompany ... :(

Picture Portfolio: When my friend Anand was in Bombay and used to work in showbiz, he many times asked me to come to Bombay and promised me to make a great portfolio of my photos...well why are promises made? ;-)

Skiing: Well I have never got a chance to visit a place where I can have ski in snow season ... oops :(

Skating: Wearing skateboard shoes and skating on the roads all over the cities is my wish but I was born in a town that did not had roads suitable to skating and when I been to Chandigarh/Gurgaon/Delhi, I was too mature and busy to think of skating on city roads... but when I will buy skating shoes for my child, I shall surely give them a try :P

Tour to Himalayas, shores of Goa & Bombay, beauty of Kerala and so on ... What to say ... it requires a lot of time and planning ... traveling alone is not a fun and getting a group of friends ready is a rare thing ... and then hectic work life and long queues at reservation counters ... It seems like a distant thing to be able to travel across India and see its beauty...
